Ammons St. residence located in Lakewood, Colorado is a ranch-style home that was built in 1966. Their original siding was primarily brick and they were looking for a durable siding material to lower their maintenance while modernizing their curb appeal. By recommending James Hardie® fiber cement siding, they were able to find incredible solutions to replace their siding, fascia, and soffit. Our clients went with the Bombay Blue ColorPlus® option for their siding from James Hardie®’s Statement Collection™. Paired with Arctic White trim, we love the gorgeous contrast of the Bombay Blue lap siding with the classic white accessories.
